Win32 DLL (95/98/NT) which provides flexible image file I/O as well as a wide range of image processing and display functions. Read and write JPG, BMP, TIFF, PCX, PNG, TGA, WBMP, WMF, PSD (Photoshop) EMF and AMF. ISource can read and write image files on disk, in memory or from a set of custom I/O routines which you supply. Dozens of image processing functions include resize, rotate, color depth modification, quantize, crop, zoom, brightness, contrast, etc.. Available as a DLL or a set of static libraries.
